We continued Christmas preparations for the Early Years Carols Concert. We had fun adding instruments (drums, bells and triangle) to the songs.

The Kliptown Youth Program (KYP) is a project based in Kliptown, Soweto. Kliptown is one of the poorest areas in Johannesburg, South Africa and KYP’s mission is to eradicate poverty of mind, body and soul against the disadvantages imposed on the children of Kliptown. They do this by providing educational support and positive activities to engage the youth after school. They believe that by creating a positive environment for the children of Kliptown, they can empower them to be successful contributors in their community, and society.

This week we continued Christmas preparations for the Early Years Carols Concert. We played bells in the songs: Ring the Bells, Ring the Bells to Celebrate and Jingle Bells.
