Here is a link to an article I found about children's shoes and myths that a lot of us have believed to be true, me included, that can be impeding if not detrimental to the growing bodies/feet of our children.  As some of you have seen me wearing my Vibram Five Fingers (alien shoes as the kids call them) you will know that this is an issue close to my heart, or foot as it were. So enjoy and let me know any thoughts you have on the subject.

Hi Mr Tim

Thanks for sharing this interesting article. What about a shoeless-in-the-classroom policy (and why not during indoor PE) at DUCKS ?
We are a shoeless-at-home family and have always been....

A very interesting article. I worked for one of the shoes shops mentioned and was taught all about foot development when trained to fit children's shoes. I prefer to go shoeless whenever possible (not right now as it is too cold!!)
